What You’ll Get:
Certified Birth Doula: A highly trained and certified doula who will provide expert support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and birth journey.
Phone/Text Support: Access to prompt and personalized support via phone or text messaging throughout your pregnancy and leading up to your birth.
On-Call Availability: The doula will be on-call and available to attend your birth, providing continuous support during labor, regardless of the time or day.
Five In-Home Visits: A total of 5 in-home visits will be conducted, including 3 prenatal visits for prenatal education, to discuss your birth preferences, address any concerns or questions, and build a strong connection. These visits will include comprehensive education on various childbirth topics, such as breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, pain management options, and labor positions. The doula will empower you and your family with knowledge and tools to help you make informed decisions and feel confident during the birthing process. Additionally, two postpartum visits will be scheduled to provide guidance and support during the early days of motherhood.
Continuous Support During Labor and Birth: Your doula will be present throughout your entire labor and birth, offering physical, mental, and emotional support. They will provide comfort measures, assist with positioning, offer encouragement, and facilitate communication with healthcare providers, ensuring your needs and preferences are respected.
16 Hours of Postpartum Support: These are your two in-home visits, as stated above. The doula will offer guidance and emotional support during the immediate postpartum period, helping you navigate the challenges and adjustments that come with caring for a newborn. You can decide how the doulas time is spent with you postpartum. You can split the 16 hours however you wish, but night shift hours are capped at 8 hours.
