During our sessions, we delve into various aspects of prenatal care, including the physiology of birth, medical options available, coping techniques for labor, optimal birthing positions, newborn care essentials, and breastfeeding guidance. For those seeking individualized guidance, or who may not require the full package, we also offer the flexibility to book sessions on an hourly basis at $30 per hour.
