In-Home Support:
- Our postpartum doula will provide in-home support, tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
- We will assist with newborn care, including feeding support (breastfeeding or bottle-feeding), diaper changes, soothing techniques, and guidance on establishing healthy sleep routines.
- We will also help with light household tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning, allowing you to rest and bond with your baby.
Emotional and Physical Well-being:
- Our postpartum doula understands the emotional and physical adjustments that come with new parenthood.
- We will provide a safe space for you to express your feelings, offer emotional support, and help you navigate the transition into parenthood with confidence and self-care strategies.
Infant Feeding Support:
- Whether you choose breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or a combination of both, our postpartum doula will provide guidance and support to help you establish a successful feeding routine.
- We can assist with latching, positioning, pumping, bottle sterilization, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Newborn Care Education:
- Our postpartum doula will offer evidence-based information and hands-on guidance on newborn care topics, including bathing, diapering, swaddling, and infant soothing techniques.
- We will empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to care for your newborn confidently.
Emotional Support and Education for Parents:
